Wehali Chapter Meeting
If you missed the Chapter meeting on Sunday, don't worry! If you are going to the Spring Fellowship, we can hold an informal meeting and talk about our Dance Team and our Ceremonial Teams. Plan to attend the Spring Fellowship and the Conclave to get new ideas for our teams and just for fun.
Spring Fellowship
Folks,
One last reminder that Spring Fellowship is next weekend. As the week passes remind everyone there is still time to let us know you are going to be there. Friday at the Scout Office there was a little over 30 registered for fellowship. Some of you have let me know you will be there, some have been gracious enough to let me know they will not. If others are going to be there encourage them to send registration into the office and email me, acttwatts@roadrunner.com , so I can keep up with the food numbers.
There were also around 70 registered for Conclave and it is still not too late to register for that either, although there is a five dollar late fee for being past the early bird cut off. Let folks know we would like them to attend that event also. It is pretty close this year. About half as close as last year.
Also I here we will have some of the new folks, just joining the council from along the Ohio River at our event next weekend. This is a great time to show them a grand welcome. There seems to be several active lodge members in Mason County. Anthony is opening up the rifle range and shotgun range Saturday. We will also need to have an L.E.C. to get ready for Summer Camp. We also have a surprise or two up our sleeve. The Spring Fellowship looks great also.
Do not forget the Vigil activities on Friday night. I am sure all Vigil Honor folks will want to be in on the activities Friday night and Saturday Morning.
Hope to all who can make it this weekend!!!!
Still serving,
Alan Watts
